The Trust undertakes a number of fundraising activities, including:

• Entering a team each year into the Cape Argus Cycle Tour
• Games evenings
• Themed supper parties
• Speech craft workshops, and
• A tri-cycle in both the Pick n Pay 94.7 Cycle Challenge and the Cape Argus Pick n Pay Cycle Tour.

Where your money goes

Your much appreciated donations are put towards a number of important aspects of the JWGCMT, including: 

• Paying the twice-yearly Toastmasters membership fees
• Conference fees, plus travel expenses and support of carers, where necessary
• Specialist resource libraries
• Audio tapes, and
• Mentor expenses.
